Terms built for clear executive engagement.
These terms explain how BlackBox C-Suite engagements are structured, billed, and delivered so leadership teams can make confident decisions with transparent commercial boundaries.
At a glance
- Initial CLEAR assessment is a fixed-fee one-month engagement.
- Ongoing support is billed monthly under one of four service tiers.
- One calendar month notice is required to end ongoing monthly service.
1) Initial Assessment Terms
The first engagement month is a fixed-fee executive assessment.
- The initial one-month assessment fee is fixed and agreed in writing before commencement.
- Fee level is based on organisational size, including number of interviews, systems and procedures under review, and complexity of completing the CLEAR framework and report.
- The assessment is delivered as an executive review focused on clarity, stabilisation priorities, and decision confidence.
2) Ongoing Service and Billing
Post-assessment services are offered as recurring monthly oversight.
- After report delivery, ongoing services are discussed and agreed as a monthly service.
- Monthly pricing aligns to one of four engagement tiers and reflects required level of involvement, governance support, and feedback cadence.
- Ongoing terms are designed as predictable executive leadership retainers rather than ad hoc consultancy billing.
3) Notice Period and Changes
Commercial changes are managed with practical notice windows.
- One full calendar month notice is required to end any ongoing monthly service.
- Tier adjustments, engagement scope changes, or cadence updates are agreed in advance between the client and BlackBox C-Suite.
- Any material service changes are documented to preserve clarity and accountability.
Independent Oversight Position
BlackBox C-Suite is a parallel independent service offered by CODR Group. It provides executive oversight, governance, and strategic guidance. It does not automatically commit the client to implementation services by CODR Group or any specific provider.
Guidance and Execution Boundaries
BlackBox C-Suite leads decision quality, prioritisation, and risk visibility. Delivery execution can be completed by client-selected teams while remaining under client direction with BlackBox oversight.
Execution Scenarios for Ongoing Work
When follow-on work is identified, clients typically choose one of three delivery paths:
Scenario 1: Internal Delivery
The client completes work through internal teams or hires directly. Delivery remains under client leadership with guidance and supervision from both the client and BlackBox.
Scenario 2: External Provider
The client appoints an external service provider. Work proceeds under client governance with BlackBox guidance and supervision to maintain delivery quality and strategic alignment.
Scenario 3: CODR Group Execution
The client may choose to outsource work to CODR Group. This execution is provided on a separately quoted, per-project basis while BlackBox C-Suite oversight remains explicit.
